Superalloy turbine wheel used for Locomotive and Marine turbocharger, turbo turbine wheel be finished by integral casting. And casting method of turbine wheel is lost wax investment & vacuum casting, casting surface smoothness can meet Ra3.2μm, production process of turbine wheel is Silica sol process. The blade thickness is 0.5mm. For turbine wheel, we can do thw kinds of type: radial turbine wheel and axial turbine wheel.
The material of turbine wheel is superalloy Inconel713c. And all turbine wheel are subjected to stress relief heat treatment to imporve the mechanical properties of products. After heat treatment mechanical properties can meet:

Persistent creep tensile strength at high temperature | ≥225MPa |
| Persistent creep tensile strength of keeping time | ≥40H |
The blade thickness of turbine wheel is 0.4mm, the turbine roating speed is more than 60,000RPM.
What are the advantages of integral casting instead of welding process:
* The overall consistency of the turbine wheel is good
* The dynamic balance is good
* Production cost is lower
All turbine wheel will be done X-Ray inspection and fluorescent penetration test in our factory, including CMM, tensile strength test and hardness test.

1.What materials do you cast and machining?
We can cast and machining aluminum alloy parts and high temperature alloy parts.
2. How can I get the quotation?

3.If we don't have drawing, can you make drawing for me?
Yes, we make the drawing of your sample and duplicate the sample.
4.When can I get the sample?
Sample: 25-30 days after you start to make mold. The accurate time depends on your product.
5.What is your main order time?
Order time: 30-40 days after the payment. The accurate time depends on your product.
6. What is your payment method?
Tooling: 100% TT advanced.
Batch order: 50% deposit, balance 50% to be paid before shipment.
